These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products and services provided by The BA Experience ("we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
The BA Experience is a UK-based Business Analysis training and coaching provider offering:
- Online Business Analysis training modules
- One-to-one coaching
- One-to-one mentoring
- Corporate Business Analysis workshops
- Career development services
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Our Products & Services
We currently provide the following services:
The BAsics
A self-paced online Business Analysis training programme providing 12 months' access to core learning modules.
The BA+
A self-paced online Business Analysis training programme providing 12 months' access to our full learning library.
Personalised Coaching
Three hours of one-to-one coaching to be used within three months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Full BA Experience
Twelve hours of one-to-one mentoring tailored to your personal and professional development.
The Performance Lab
Bespoke Business Analysis workshops delivered to organisations under separately agreed commercial terms.
4. Orders & Payment
Payment must be received before access to any product or service is provided.
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Access to Digital Courses
Access to online learning products is normally granted on the day of purchase during our normal business hours.
Orders placed outside business hours will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable.
Access is provided for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Your login details are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- share your login credentials;
- copy, download or redistribute course content without permission;
- record coaching or mentoring sessions without our written consent;
- reproduce training materials;
- upload malicious software or attempt to interfere with our systems;
- use our services for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
7. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, presentations, templates, exercises, downloads and written content remain the intellectual property of The BA Experience unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.
You may not:
- resell our materials;
- distribute them;
- publish them online;
- use them to deliver your own training;
- modify or reproduce substantial parts without our written permission.
8. Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching and mentoring sessions are delivered by appointment.
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Unused coaching or mentoring hours expire after the applicable validity period unless otherwise agreed.
9. Corporate Training
The Performance Lab is delivered under separate commercial agreements agreed directly with each client.
Where those agreements differ from these Terms, the corporate agreement will take precedence.
10. Availability
While we aim to keep our website and learning platform available at all times, occasional maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occur.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
11. Changes to Courses
Business Analysis evolves.
We may update, improve or replace learning materials to ensure our content remains accurate and relevant.
These updates do not reduce the value of your purchase.
12. Certification
Unless specifically stated, completion of our training does not provide an accredited professional qualification.
Certificates issued by The BA Experience confirm completion of our own learning programmes only.
13. Career Outcomes
Our coaching and training are designed to improve your skills, confidence and career prospects.
However, we cannot guarantee:
- employment;
- interviews;
- promotions;
- salary increases;
- certification success; or
- any specific career outcome.
Individual results depend on many factors beyond our control.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The BA Experience shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- loss of business;
- loss of profits;
- loss of opportunity;
- loss of data.
Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific product or service.
15. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy.
16. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By purchasing our products, you agree to that policy.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather;
- power outages;
- internet disruption;
- industrial action;
- illness;
- government restrictions; or
- other unforeseen circumstances.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Account Security
Access to your account is personal to you and is licensed for use by one named individual only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out using your account.
You must not:
- share your login details with another person;
- allow multiple individuals to use the same account;
- sell, transfer or assign your account to another person; or
- permit unauthorised access to your subscription.
Where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused or accessed by multiple users, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please notify us as soon as possible.
21. Intellectual Property & Responsible Use of AI
All content provided by The BA Experience, including but not limited to:
- online learning modules;
- videos;
- presentations;
- downloadable resources;
- templates;
- exercises;
- assessments;
- coaching materials; and
- workshop content,
remains the intellectual property of The BA Experience unless otherwise stated.
When you purchase one of our products, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and professional development.
You may not:
- copy or reproduce our materials for commercial purposes;
- distribute or publish our content;
- use our materials to deliver your own training courses;
- resell or licence our content to others; or
- remove or alter any copyright notices.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
We recognise that many learners use AI tools to support their learning.
You may use AI tools to help you understand concepts or to assist with your personal study.
However, you must not upload, submit or reproduce substantial portions of our proprietary learning materials, videos, templates or other copyrighted content to any generative AI platform or similar technology for the purpose of reproducing, distributing or commercialising our content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in this section prevents reasonable personal use of AI to support your own learning, provided our intellectual property rights are respected.
