The BA Experience was founded in 2025 by a team of passionate Business Analysts based in Portsmouth, England - professionals with decades of combined experience delivering quality work across real-world projects.

But here's the thing; we've always believed that great knowledge shouldn't stay locked away in boardrooms and project teams. For years, we've been mentoring and coaching colleagues, watching them grow in confidence, capability, and career progression. That experience lit a fire in us and The BA Experience was born.

Why we built this

We know what it takes to succeed as a Business Analyst, because we've lived it. We've seen the gaps in training, the lack of practical guidance, and the frustration that comes from theory that doesn't translate to the real world. So we spent 2025 carefully curating our materials and designing a business that truly serves aspiring and experienced BAs alike.
